Returns

We do not accept returns on opened or used products. However, we can facilitate a return under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Approval: All returns must be approved by our team prior to being sent back.

Non-Returnable Items include:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items returned after the 7-day window.

  • Products missing their original packaging.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your financial institution.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are committed to making it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund as appropriate.
