Order Processing

We know you’re excited to get your glow!

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.


Shipping Rates & Estimates

We keep our shipping simple and transparent:

  • Domestic Shipping (Within the USA): We offer a flat rate of $6.99 for all orders.

  • Shipment Origin: All products are shipped directly from the United States.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.


Shipping Status & Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@bottledglow.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. Bottled Glow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the item.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Bottled Glow is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a monitored address.
